When do I earn commission?
You earn commission when a new customer purchases using your affiliate link.
How long does my tracking link last?
When someone clicks your link, that visit is tracked for 30 days. If they come back and purchase within 30 days, you still earn commission. After 30 days, they will need to click your link again for tracking to apply.
When do I get paid?
After the customer keeps their order for 30 days. Payments are sent within the following 2 weeks.
Where can I see my clicks and sales?
Inside your affiliate dashboard. You’ll see your link, clicks, conversions, and your current commission balance.
How do I update my PayPal email?
Contact support or update it in your dashboard.
Are there any promotion rules?
Please don’t run paid ads using our brand name, impersonate ScaleMyPlate, or post misleading claims. If you’re unsure, contact support first.
